LEAGUES' PREVIEWS

Been watching all matches here in Bulgaria - the refs, the tendencies, the empty arena, different motivation of the teams, injuries and so on.

We have had most of the favorites winning so far except Wurzburg game, but what I've noticed and what I like more as you may have already seen - the totals.

VEF - Lions 105-88 - Over 172.5
Opava - Dziki 99-116 - Over 169.5
Breognan - Rilski 126-80 - Over 177.5
Wurzburg - Manchester 73-74 - Under 169.5
Promitheas - Vienna 92-82 - Over 170.5
Korfez - Kolossos 91-79 - Over 161.5
Benfica - Geneva 87-78 - Over 164.5
Vechta - Denizli 101-98 - Over 171.5

The differences in totals are around: +21, +45, +28, -22, +4, +9, +1, +28.

To tell the truth - unders are always the key to long term profit, but it has been killing me all summer long. Also, I've tried picking under in the 1st game between VEF and Lions at HT as the line of 187.5 theoretically was way too big, but teams finished 105-88. It's good we've taken VEF handicap as well there to cover the total.

The rims here in Bulgaria are very soft and the teams that are collected here are mostly dependant on the Americans that they've got and they've got plenty of them. Most of the teams, lower level teams - don't give a shit about this qualification (or at least the players are not motivated). So, we've got soft rims + no motivation + great tempo which leads to a big number of possessions and high scoring games.

We've got another 4 pairs today with totally different teams, but will the tendencies remain the same?

Levice - Salon Vilpas total already going up by 4pts, looking to Bakken Bears squad and their preparation matches we should not be expecting something different this season as well. Fribourg looks to eat Batumi by 20+ or even more, while Oradea has a great squad (for this level) playing against weak Larnaca.

In general - mostly all these 8 teams looks to be even weaker compared to yesterday and the day before, but we will see what this day brings.

Good luck!
